Originally developed from two farms, Tennental is still strongly characterized by organic farming and food processing. From milk production and horticulture to processing in cheese dairies, bakeries and preserving kitchens - the variety of jobs available is reflected in the people who work here. The housing options are just as diverse as the Tennental communities themselves. From assisted living groups to outpatient assisted living and apartments, a wide variety of supported or assisted living options are offered. All offers are characterized by a holistic and sustainable approach that takes into account the individual's body, soul and spirit.
The technical college in Tennental, which is located directly on site, offers versatile, practical training for curative education nurses and is also available as a training partner for practical placements outside the site.
